Roles
Within the Roles area, you can manage roles which are assigned to users of all levels within your phone system. When you first visit the page, you'll a list of roles including their name, and type.
You can click on a role to edit it, or use the Add a new role button to create one. New roles, once created can be assigned to the appropriate user type, either partner users from the top level Settings -> User Management area, or within customers and phone systems in the same named areas.
