Price plan & limits
Within this area, you can select your phone system's parent price plan, as well as set a number of limits and restrictions relating to cost.
Note that when updating the phone system price plan, if the current price plan includes call bundles, any previously purchased bundles must be cancelled and have expired before it can be changed.
You can set an overall credit limit for the phone system which will prevent outbound calls, or additional item purchases, from taking place if it's exceeded.
A warning threshold allows an email to be sent to any notification contacts if the balance is getting close to the credit limit, so that action can be taken in advance of that event.
A daily call cost limit, per minute limit and connection limit can prevent calls over those values from being placed. These values would otherwise be inherited from the linked price plan.
