Call rate overrides

When your account has active price plans, you can override the call rates per plan to make them more specific to yours and your customers needs.

Please note that any rate overrides will replace the call cost markup in the price plan.

To access the rates you would need to select the price plan that you wish to edit the rates for, and then select Rate Overrides.

The page will now list any rates already created within this specific price plan. To edit a rate just select the rate name.
