Call Bundles

Within the Call bundles area, you can manage bundles, which are packs of inclusive minutes to certain phone numbers. You can configure any bundles you wish to offer and link them to price plans once they have been added.

When an inclusive minute is used only your customer won't be billed for it. You will still be billed for the call at your normal rates. You should be sure to set pricing appropriately to ensure you don't make a loss on your calls.

When you first visit the page, you'll see a list of existing call bundles, with the option to add a new bundle on the right hand side.

You can then assign a call bundle directly to a price plan when editing it.
