Subscriber Information
When trying to edit subscriber information, you will need access to the Dial 9 Portal.
If you are not familiar with the process for accessing the Dial 9 portal a guide can be found Here.
The Subscriber information tab will allow you to update address where the number is in use.
We will be alerted of any changes made here, then we will check and approve them before submitting the changes to the appropriate services.
When you've made any changes to your number, click Update Number.
