Ordering hardware in the Dial 9 Portal
Within the Dial 9 Portal you have the ability to view past orders and create new orders.
If you are not familiar with the process for logging into the Dial 9 Portal a guide can be found Here.
Once logged into the Dial 9 Portal please select Your orders.
Here you will see a history of any completed orders and also any draft orders that are not yet complete.
Completed orders will show in this list at all times, draft orders will be removed from this list after 48 hours.
You will also have the option to start a new order.
If you choose to start a new order you will be shown all available items in the store.
The filters on the left can be used to help locate your desired item.
When you have located the desired item select Add to cart.
Once you have all required items in your cart select Checkout.
You will have the option to add the order to your account or checkout as a guest.
To complete your order please enter your payment details.
