Caller ID routing
Caller ID routes allow you to change the route of an incoming call based on the caller ID of the person who is calling you. You can use this to block numbers or direct specific people to certain extensions.
When you first visit the Caller ID Routing page, you'll see a list of previously configured routes:
Each route will show the name, number and set destination for when calls reach your phone system with that Caller ID.
