Manually configuring your Grandstream ATA to your Dial 9 extension
To manually set up your Grandstream device you will need access to the Dial 9 Portal to get the extension login details and the Yealink web ui to enter the details.

To access the Grandstream device for configuration, you'll initially need to find its IP address.
Pressing *
3 times on your analogue phone when it's plugged into the ATA, will play a message. The message will ask you to enter a menu option.
Press 0
then 2
, then you will hear the IP address read out to you. Take note of the IP address.
Next, in your web browser of choice, enter that IP address, and you'll be prompted with a login screen. Enter the password simply as admin
.
Head next to the FXS Port 1 option, and entering the following information:
- Primary SIP Server: sip.dial9.co.uk
- Outbound Proxy: sip.dial9.co.uk
- NAT Traversal: set to "Keep-Alive"
- SIP User ID: your-extension-username
- Authenticate ID: your-extension-username
- Authenticate Password: your-extension-password
- Name: your-extension-number
Then hit apply to save the settings. You should now be connected to your Dial 9 extension to be able to make calls using your analogue phone.
