How to update the provisioning URL in Fanvil phones

Updating the provisioning URL will allow for your Fanvil phone to be configured automatically using our provisioning servers. To manually set the provisioning URL in your Fanvil device you will need access the Fanvil web UI.

To access the web UI for your Fanvil phone you will need to enter the IP address of the Fanvil device into a web browser. The IP address can be found by pressing the Menu button on the phone and then selecting Status.

The default login credentials for the Fanvil web UI are admin/admin.

Once you have logged into the Fanvil web UI follow the steps below.

  1. Select System > Auto Provisioning.
  2. Under Static Provisioning Server, please enter cc.provisionvoip.com/provisioning in the Server Address field.
  3. Select HTTPS as the protocol type.
  4. Set the Update Mode to Update after Reboot.
  5. Press Apply and then restart you phone.
