Phone provisioning

If you have purchased a VoIP device from us, or one that we have recommended from another supplier, in this area you can configure your VoIP hardware and its connection into our services by way of provisioning. By setting your hardware to auto-provision, it will receive configuration data automatically from the system, removing the need to enter any credentials manually.

When you first visit the provisioning page, you'll see a list of previously configured provisioning profiles:

Each device in the list will show the name and MAC address, the extension it's set to provision to and last provisioned date. Finally, if the device was set up to provision to us over our VPN, a download icon will show next to the edit icon to download the VPN profile.
