Call Bundles

Within your Billing area, you can also manage system-wide, not extension specific call bundles. You'll find several bundle options available, and you can immediately purchase a bundle by clicking the Add this bundle button.

This will add the bundle straight away, and any subsequent outbound calls to numbers covered by the bundle will start deducting from your total minutes. Note that these bundles cover forwarded calls as well dialled calls, to any included numbers within the bundle's scope.

To cancel an active bundle, simply click the Cancel this bundle button, and it will set the bundle to cancel on its renewal date. It will continue to be active until that time, then be removed automatically.

If you change your mind at any time during the subscription period, you will have the opportunity to click Keep this bundle to reverse the cancellation.
