Billing Summary
Within the Billing Summary area in your service, you can review your service charges over time. These charges are broken down into different categories:
- Service charges (Numbers, Extensions, etc)
- Call recordings
- Call bundles
- Calls (Any billed calls that weren't included within the scope of a call bundle)
- Other charges (not covered by any of the above categories)
You'll see a sum total and any payments received during that same period. Note that all stated prices on the billing summary exclude VAT.
Further breakdowns on each individual category can be found further down the page, and you can export the summary as a PDF if you wish.
You can also get in touch with the support team if you'd like us to automatically email you a copy of your billing summary each month.
By default, you'll be initially shown the last full month in the billing summary page, but you can move forward to see the current costs up to the previous day, within your current billing period.
Or, you can move back to view previous months' charges to help with tracking your costs over time.
