Issue Finder
There may be occasions where you experience difficulties making or receiving calls. Our issue finder is designed to help find the cause of these problems.
The issue finder can be found in your Dial 9 dashboard under the Advanced heading.
If you are not familiar with the process for accessing the Dial 9 portal a guide can be found Here.
Here you can select to check for issues with inbound or outbound calls.
Outbound call issues
- Once you have selected to check for outbound call issues you will be asked to select the extension that is having difficulties making calls. If multiple extensions are having difficulties you can select any one of them.
- After an extension has been selected, enter the number that you are trying to dial and press Check for issues.
- Our systems will then check for any potential issues and display the results.
Inbound call issues
- Once you have selected to check for issues on inbound calls you will be asked to select the Dial 9 number that you are not receiving calls on.
- After you have chosen a number to test and selected Check for issues our systems will then check for any potential issues and display the results.
