We're delighted to announce the addition of a new enhancement to the Dial 9 platform today - the ability to play and seek through call recordings directly in the interface. Whilst the option to play a call recording has always been available, until now it hasn't be possible to skip directly to a specific part of the recording, or pause it.
Clicking the play button, which is in the same place as before will load a new player on the screen that will provide a play/pause button, followed by the duration and elapsed time of the recording, with a seek bar and volume controls. Finally, on the right hand side you'll see a quick shortcut to download the recording.
