We're delighted to announce the addition of a new feature to the Dial 9 platform today - the ability to create your own audio greetings straight from a script, via a simple text to speech editor.
Now, you'll be able to head to Features -> Greetings in Dial 9 Connect, you'll be able to enter your script, choose the presenter, then preview it before you add to your service.
When you're happy with the greeting, you can save it, then add it to your service wherever appropriate, such as a greeting to introduce your menu. This feature is free to use for all Dial 9 customers.
The functionality for uploading custom MP3 and WAV greetings remains exactly the same as it was before, so you can still upload your own greetings directly if you prefer.
