During the Christmas break, the majority of businesses will be closing, or at least operating in a lighter capacity than normal. With Dial 9, you can easily set up Presets and Preset rules to redirect your calls to an alternative location.
For example, you can simply play a nice message explaining that your phone lines are currently closed for Christmas, and alternative methods for contact. Or, you might wish to forward calls to someone's mobile who will be on-call for the period.
